“Body massage” is too broad until scope, pressure and duration are clear
A useful booking explains which body areas are included, which should be avoided, how pressure can be adjusted and how many hands-on minutes are expected.
Mark three kinds of areas before the therapist arrives
- PriorityAreas where you want the available time concentrated, such as shoulders after desk work or legs after travel.
- NeutralAreas that may be included as part of the selected treatment but do not need extra time.
- AvoidRecent injury, bruising, irritated skin, surgical areas or any place you do not consent to being touched.
More areas do not automatically mean a better session
A shorter booking may work for one or two focused areas, while a broader full-body request needs enough time for setup, a brief consultation and position changes. Ask whether the displayed duration is hands-on time and keep preparation separate. If the treatment scope is changed, reconfirm the price and duration rather than assuming the old booking still applies.
Use live cards without treating a city example as your location
This article is not tied to one city. The product rail shows services currently published by AD MASSAGE. The therapist rail is a labelled TP.HCM example using five profiles just checked through the API; it does not mean those profiles serve another province. Use the near-you link for your actual address.
Book a defined session, not just a broad label
Choose the treatment, state priority and avoid areas, then confirm duration, profile, current price and the real address before travel begins.
