“Nearby” is not a fixed list—it is a result for one address and one time
A therapist can look close on a map yet be outside the active service radius, unavailable for the selected time, or delayed by building access. A useful nearby search combines location, live availability, treatment scope and realistic arrival conditions.
Why map distance alone can give the wrong answer
The straight or road distance between the profile and your location. It is a starting signal, not an acceptance guarantee.
The area the therapist is currently willing and able to serve. It can vary by schedule and operating conditions.
Traffic, alleys, parking, reception rules, lifts and the final walk can change the actual arrival time.
Give enough detail without publishing private information
Use the same address through the whole decision
Allow location or enter the service area manually.
Choose the treatment scope and duration you actually need.
Check day, time and whether the profile can be booked or scheduled.
Send the building details and keep the final price, scope and arrival window in writing.
The closest profile is not always the best operational match
| Signal | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Distance | Was it calculated from the actual service address or a default city centre? |
| Availability | Does the status apply to today, tomorrow or a specific later date? |
| Treatment fit | Does the selected service cover the duration, areas and pressure preference you need? |
| Arrival | Has reception, parking, alley access or a meeting point been explained? |
| Price | Read the displayed price together with scope and duration; do not rely on an old screenshot. |
Use them to understand the interface, then run the real location search
Search with the address where the session will happen
Choose the location first, then compare treatment fit, live status, access and price in that order. Recheck the final details immediately before confirmation.
